Ordering

All items are handcrafted and one of a kind. If you would like to purchase more than one of a specific item, a different size or prefer another color or gemstone, please contact us at tagmmr@yahoo.com or 267-241-2862. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that there may be an additional charge. Allow two weeks when placing a special order or size change.

Payment

Payment is made via Paypal. You can pay with cash, credit card or check. If you pay with a check your order will be held until the check has cleared -- typically 3 business days. Send an email to tagmmr@yahoo.com and you will receive an email confirming your order and a link to pay via Paypal.

Shipping

All orders within the Contintental US will be shipped via insured USPS priority mail. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and any International destination are available upon request. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

Return/Repair Policy

We guarantee the quality of our work. Handmade jewelry is delicate. Please take care of your new item! Repairs of your MMR Designs jewelry will be free of charge for the first 6 months following your date of purchase. If you need to return an item for repair please contact us at tagmmr@yahoo.com or 267-241-2862. The item must be shipped back via insured USPS priority mail.

If for some reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. A refund will not be given if the merchandise has been worn or is damaged. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you require a refund or an exchange please contact me at tagmmr@yahoo.comm or 267-241-2862 immediately. The jewelry must be in its original packaging and shipped back via USPS insured priority mail. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Items purchased on sale are nonreturnable or exchangeable.
